The twin sisters Khadijah and Khertima were returning home from Carnival city, when the driver of the vehicle they were in lost control and slammed into a bridge. They were thrown out on impact and their head completely smashed on the roadway.
The driver of the vehicle, 20 year-old Anthony and another occupant are in critical condition at the hospital.
The teens were students of San Frenando Convent.
Police believe the driver was speeding and may have been drinking.
May their souls Rest in Peace.
